2. Melissa Plastic Dreams – www.melissaplasticdreams.com – Their chosen medium is plastic, which immediately drew me to these fashion-forward creations at Project. They use sustainable methods from conception to their final product, and often collaborate with top designers in architecture, fashion and art to create perfectly sculpted footwear.

3. Simple Shoes “GreenToes” and “ecoSNEAKS” – www.simpleshoes.com – All shoes are made from organic materials (hemp, silk and cotton) as well as recyled car tire and natural rubber soles.

4. Terra Plana – www.terraplana.com – Extremely cute footwear that utilizes all sustainable shoe-making techniques and materials.  Definitely check out their sub-line, WornAgain, for recycled footwear – very cool!
