Hello Everyone! It’s been a little while since I updated you all on our behind the scenes progress and activity….well let me just tell you I have been absolutely overwhelmed with the positive response to our little site! We have thousands of page hits a week and I get emails from people all over the world thanking me and my team for our hard work. Nina and I have been dedicating our time so that all of you have this fun site to visit as often as you like to gain a perspective to what’s going on in all aspects of the bizness. You should know that at this time we have not earned a penny for all our work but the people we have met and the friends we now have are totally worth it! I am blessed. J  We would especially like to thank ALL of our contributors who take time out of their lives to share their stories with all of you. Sheena, Ken, Tom, Mark, Jose, Linda, John, Ryan, and William. Thank you!!! Without all of you…the site would not be what it is!!

Today, we are very excited because we are kicking off the project to redesign and vamp up of our little page. The new design layout will allow us to feature even more fun and cool articles from people all over the world! It will also bring you exciting new features such as, subscriptions, videos, job postings and many more category options. We have been working on the design over the last few weeks and I could not be more excited to roll it out! So stay tuned!!

We have two interns Cameron Gagne and Jorge Santana whose jobs will be to seek out the most interesting fun stories for all of you. We will be introducing each of them over the next couple of weeks…Jorge you have already seen popping up here and there. We are super excited to have them both and can’t wait to see the new perspectives they bring to all of you.

I am heading to New York for the week of June 8^th-12^th and will be attending the Ffany tradeshow as well as meeting a whole bunch of you that I have connected with over the past couple months. I am really excited, and will have tons of new material from the trip. Hopefully I will be taking along a camera(wo)man who will follow me around during my trip so that all of you who won’t be there will feel like you didn’t miss a beat!

Lastly, our LinkedIn group, which continues to hold the top spot as the largest footwear professional’s network on the Internet is getting ready to surpass 2600 members! I will continue to encourage you to join as many relationships have grown from individuals in the group connecting.
