Grant and Catherine at Stuart Weitzman are the coolest!

Grant Pilon-I don’t care what Catherine says about his necklace….he’s alright in my book!
Yesterday was a great day! I was the lucky winner of the FIRST prize raffle basket at the TwoTen young professionals event in NYC during Ffany week and one of the prizes was a gift certificate to Stuart Weitzman. Yesterday I decided I would go check out the store in Aventura Mall here in Miami and to my great fortune I was able to get not one, but two pairs of uber fab shoes, one of which I had tried to purchase three times prior, without success because the stores I went to never had my size. Yesterday as soon as I walked into the store, I was cheerfully greeted by Grant Pilon and Catherine Bensimon who immediately offered their help. As I started to browse around the store, Grant brought me the exact shoe I had wanted and could never find my size in……..and magically
the last pair in stock happened to be a size 6 and a perfect fit! As exciting as that moment was….Catherine then showed me a second beautiful pair which also happened to be in my size and then explained to me that both shoes were on promotion and I would be able to get both. It’s like happiness overload to a girl like me!
I then got to chatting with these two wonderful people and a third who was a bit more shy about being mentioned on the site and was so delighted to see how engaged and excited they were. I saw multiple customers come into the store while I was there and every one of them was greeted with a smile and offered assistance. If I was just an average customer, I certainly would remember the friendly team and amazing service and would want to shop with them time and time again. Grant and Catherine are examples to all individuals working on the sales floor. I big high five to them for doing a fantastic job and making my personal experience even that much better than just getting a fabu pair of shoes for free.
I suggest they get raises and I hope they have the best sales month in history!
Thank you to TwoTen and Stuart Weitzman…what a great prize!
