So I hope all of you who were out in Vegas for WSA had a great time! I hear it was a little slow compared to even the one in February. I have a couple of industry friends who attended who will be contributing a few articles about the show and hopefully will be able to get them up over the next few days. I personally am sad that I didn’t make it out there and I hear that the Zappos party was really really fun! Oh well….there is always next year and I have to say I had a great weekend! I have pictures coming soon from a fashion show at the Fontainebleau Hotel yesterday that was amazing!!!
I will be heading to NYC tomorrow morning for the FFANY show and will be meeting with some great people this week! Tomorrow, I will be in the Nine West showroom as well as Brown Shoe, followed by dinner with some great friends. Then on Wednesday I will be at the Millenium Broadway hotel visiting various brands the morning, crashing a Jen+Kim shoe party in SoHo, and attending the first Two Ten Foundation’s Young Professionals meeting at the Deer Stag showroom. Thursday I will spend more time visiting people in the hotel, and then it’s off to Armani Exchange in the afternoon and will end my day catching up with my favorite luxury sneaker designers Nick Cohen and Seth Campbell of UES. I will also be fitting in time to see Janice Weinman the president of K.I.D.S. to talk about a fun new project. I am going to be busy busy! Whew…..I am tired just writing all that, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE NYC and am sure I will have a great time as I always do.
