Looking Sexy for a Good Cause

Singer Kimberley Walsh stepped into high heels to lead Breast Cancer Haven’s first High-Heel-a-thon.  She was one of the 300 participants in the walk. Both men and women after one mile of walk were allowed to take off their heels once they started to feel the pinch J  Walsh said it was very exciting to take part in an event that raised so much money for such a good cause.

Talk about walking a mile in those heels!

According to WebMD, a new study shows that people who wear high heels or any unsupportive style of shoe for a long period of time throughout years, tend to develop more risks of suffering foot pain in the long run. Women who wore good shoes in the past were 67% less likely to report hind foot pain than those who wore average shoes. Also, it is known that foot pain is one of the most common pains among older ages.

Soles4Souls does it again!

As we all know our great friend Soles4souls is a HUGE charity that collects shoes all around the states to deliver to those in need. This time Soles4Souls sets up a drive collecting shoes and a monetary donation to ship shoes to different areas. They will be having this drive for 6 days at 2801 Rainbow Drive Gadsden , AL. Way to go Soles4Souls ! You can check out the full article HERE.

Nigo Squarepants?

Bapestas’ founder and designer, Nigo just collaborated with Spongebob Squarepants to release this year. Spongebob’s face was seen on other brands of shoes but they were reportedly “Fake” merchandise. This time Nigo authenticized Mr.Squarepants on his $200-$500 sneaker. Are they really worth? Take a look at them and you tell me what you think!

Another Collabo?!

Adida’s isn’t left behind in the collaboration game. They’ve also paired up with Solebox Boutique from Berlin to release this very unique style of shoe that kind of reminds me of the SuperStars but not really. The shoe’s production number represents the birthdays of the Solebox owners and Berlin’s colors are presented tucked inside the shoe! Very unique, very stylish! Check out the Pictures at StyleCrave.
