According to Reuters.com, Steve madden announces records in prelimminary sales. There numbers have been consistent and pretty darn good ! “We believe that our results demonstrate both the design capability and operational strength of our Company. Bellagio Opens Up !

I was reading some different newspapers and saw that Bellagio Shoes opened at Frisco Square. Bellagio Shoes and Accessories opens Monday on Frisco Square at 8843 Coleman Blvd, Frisco. Featuring men’s and women’s shoes from Cole Haan and Kenneth Cole, women’s shoes from Via Spiga, 9West, Anne Klein and others, Bellagio also carries Big Buddha handbags and a great selection of jewelry. Very cool store !

It’s always nice to see good people do good things.

According to  Wichita Local Channel 12 , Some Wichita students spent the past week collecting shoes for people in need this winter.  All Wichita-area schools took part in the shoe collection drive. Over the weekend, they sorted and counted them. The shoes that were collected will go to the Central Kansas Podiatry Association, which will pass them out to those in need this winter. Last year, the shoe drive collected 3,500 pairs of shoes.  This year, they hoped to get 5,000. Way to go Wichita !!!
