Industry-leading footwear/accessories company with superior management looking for an experienced, capable leader to drive strategic initiatives as well as manage day-to-day processes. Must be well versed in development of footwear and have first-hand experience leading design teams. Ideal candidate has balance of left brain/right brain capabilities and can drive financial goals while nurturing innovation. Knowledge of materials and components as well as sourcing is a must; overseas travel quarterly or more. Ideal candidate is comfortable moving from tactical management of a small team (internal and external) and its functions to being a contributing member of management team and helping to set clear direction for the organization.
