Major outdoor apparel and equipment company searching for a Footwear Product Developer/Merchant with a penchant for bringing new product lines to fruition. A passion for product and flawless aesthetic must be balanced with sharp analytical skills to identify new growth potential and seize on opportunities, based on careful examination of consumer market trends and competitive analysis. The right individual must be able to harness superior communication skills to champion new products and drive the process from conception and design to completion. Demonstrated success with casual outdoor footwear necessary. Potential for growth within company is limited only by personal drive and initiative.
