Senior Buyer Mens Footwear – G.H. Bass
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
*Create and execute merchandise strategies to maximize sales and profitability
*Source and procure merchandise that supports the merchandise strategy including adhering to assortment plans, cost goals, and maintaining the Bass brand image
*Analyze and discuss business, and make recommendations on a weekly basis with merchant and planning teams, as well as senior management
*Review monthly Open To Buy forecasts to ensure goals are being met and making any necessary recommendations including receipt and margin management
