Shuella the Umbrella for your shoes!
by JULIA
As I was strolling the FFaNY show I met Bert Rhine, who along with Rebecca Miller (founder and designer), recently launched Shuella and I am excited to share their product with you! It’s an alternative to having to wear rubber boots and carrying your shoes when it’s rainy out and it is making quite a “splash” into the market! Shuella’s are a rubber shoe cover that can be slipped on right over your shoe when its raining. They have a special padding in them that allows them to be worn with heels or flats and they come in a variety of colors including, pink, yellow, black and blush (shown above)! They retail for $49.95 and the wholesale prices are negotiable depending on quantity.
Already the brand has been featured on Good Morning America, Oprah Magazine and the New York Times! Not bad for their first season!!
I like the packaging!
FFaNY was the first trade show for them, but I am sure it won’t be their last. They had a lot of visitors stopping by while I was there and I am sure you will be seeing these everywhere! They make a lot of sense and will be very useful….especially for us girls in the city when we get surprised by a rain shower!
Congrats to Bert and his team on their success!! If you would like to contact him in reference to sales, you can reach him at: brhine@shuella.com and check out the website at www.shuella.com!
