These are one of my faves!  They are great for fall and they look adorable on!

I visited my friends at Matisse Footwear first when I arrived at the Hilton on the first day of FFaNY and I must say that I love their Spring ’11 line! It really is great! A bit of military inspiration and a lot of interesting designs. I had so much fun trying on everything and hopefully I helped convince the buyers that were there to go for the styles that I loved…at least I certainly tried!  The buyers were from a few local stores here in NYC and they shared their predictions for fall….they said that socks are a huge trend and that we will see girls wearing everything from little ankle socks to over the knee and of course tights.  I never have matching socks, so I better fix that problem if the trend is going to be to let them show…haha

I alway have fun catching up with the Matisse gang. They are such fun and now that Sheena is going to be a mommy, it will add a whole different dynamic to the group….especially Sheena since she is currently trying to learn how to speak without using her favorite four lettered adjectives! 

I love the Matisse crew and am happy that they had a great show! Every time I walked by their booth, they were writing orders! Can’t wait to see them in August and rub Sheena’s giant belly for good luck!!
