Catherine Yiu, the Fairchild Online coordinator of Fairchild Fashion Group, the great people who bring us Footwear News and Women’s Wear Daily, has shared some information with ShoeBizness about a great new charity with Soles4Souls and Footwear News. They have teamed up to create the Great American Shoes Drive whose goal is to distribute shoes to people in need of footwear in 20 cities though out the United States. Catherine has provided us with a link where you can follow the drive across the country and check to see if it’s coming through your neighborhood! The purpose of the the drive is to make a difference in people’s lives through shoes! I’m on board for anything that involves making a difference through shoes:)
