Oliberté launches the first shoe company made in Africa. Oliberté is a new shoe company founded in 2009 by Tal Dehtiar and based in Canada. It is revealing the true potential of Africa, starting with Liberia and Ethiopia, it will expend to 10 countries in the next years.
